HOW MUCH DOES A LOGO COST?
Prices for logos and branding will depend on a number of factors including the size of your organization, whether the work is for a new business or an established company undertaking a rebrand, how many people’s views will need to be taken into consideration and the complexity of the design brief. CAN YOU GIVE US A TIMEFRAME FOR YOUR PROCESS?
It really depends on the requirements. Logo design & brand identity projects are dynamic and can vary in depth and therefore timespan. For simple branding and logo design requests we can deliver within 3-5 weeks, complete brand identities will be much longer. We allow at least two months for web design & development projects to ensure everything passes the required testing. We are perfectionists & so we don’t rush. We also rely upon quick client responses in order to hit deadlines.

We accept Cash, Check, Paypal, and most major Credit Cards.
HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
The whole process is done remotely over the internet and phone or face to face meetings. For local customers who do want to meet, we charge a consultation fee and bill the project on an hourly basis or per project. You can complete the free quote form which provides us information about your company, products or services. After we have consulted, we then create the initial design concepts and present them to you online where you can review the designs. From there you can then post your feedback and any change requests that you might have.
CAN WE BUY ANY OF YOUR UNUSED DESIGNS?
You can, but we would prefer that you didn’t. If we feel a particular unused design is the perfect solution to your brief then we can negotiate a sale. Ideally, we would want to start from scratch and really dig deep into the creative process to produce something magnificent especially for you.
CAN YOU SEND ME THE LOGO IN A PSD SO I CAN EDIT IT?
We work with vectors and therefore don’t output logo designs for layered PSD files. We also offer logo usage guidelines, which explain why the artwork should not be tampered with.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T LIKE THE FIRST CONCEPTS?
We’ll do our best to get your designs right the first time. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our initial concepts, we’ll work together to revise your designs until you’re 100% happy. If you need to discuss any aspect of the logo concepts, your account manager will be happy to discuss your concerns in full, allowing us to find a way forward together. This combined, constructive effort will make sure the next set of revisions are exactly what you’re looking for.
DO YOU DESIGN YOUR LOGOS FROM SCRATCH?
Yes – our creative team draws all logo design concepts from a blank white canvas, using the latest industry standard software. Our approach is always totally tailored to you – so you can be sure your logo is totally original and unique.
CAN I USE A PHOTO IN MY LOGO DESIGN?
Photographs are restricted in quality by the size they are originally taken / captured at. This means that, in circumstances where you may need to increase or decrease the size of your logo a high quality of image cannot be guaranteed, so we do not use photos in our logo work.
CAN I SEND YOU AN ATTACHMENT TO LOOK AT?
Yes – you can attach logos and any supporting materials to your design brief when placing your order. This can be very helpful, assisting us in understanding your exact requirements. Alternatively, you can email us with your order number and contact details, and we’ll do the rest for you.
